The historic Via Margutta in Rome is pleased to host the opening of "Fine Pop Art", the solo exhibition of the artist Ilian Rachov. The exhibition presents a series of bold works that rewrite the era of Roman history, reinterpreting subjects and monuments of Ancient Rome – from portraits of emperors to panoramas of the Forum – through the use of bright colours, Pop techniques and a modern aesthetic.

Rachov creates an unexpected visual dialogue, challenging the viewer to see the majesty of classicism through a vibrant and irreverent filter. The marble of the statues lights up with shocking pink and electric blue, giving life to an interpretation that is both a tribute and a provocation.
