GIORGIO DE CESARIO'S BIOGRAPHY
Architect, painter, sculptor, designer, G. De Cesario was born in Matino (Le) apulia Italy on 1st Jan 1956. Since 1989 he has been a Design teacher at Liceo Artistico in Grottaglie (Ta). After years of research he has succeeded in working out a personal pictorial technique. It is a new style, well-known all over the world, made up of characters with a clay face in relief on the canvas. They act on a chromatic and doodled background and women are characterized by sinuous bodies and by a real earring dangling from one of the earlobes. Now G. De Cesario lives and works in Gallipoli (Le) in his museum-house, La Casa degli Artisti. Moreover, he has travelled all over the world meeting new realities and famous people such as G. Forattini, E. Giustizieri, B. Costa , F. Mandrino ,V. Ambra, S. Pepe, L. Consiglio, S. Altomare, R. Iannone ,L. Cipparrone, G. Cascella, R. Gilliam, Max H. Sauvage, F. De Filippi and Mario Cassisa. The frequent exhibitions of his artistic career have been a hit with the public and the critics. |
